Siloed by design — not by policy
Every firm on LexoDesk operates in a completely isolated environment. Firm A's case materials, drafts, and verified facts have no pathway — technical or otherwise — to Firm B's workspace. This is an architectural decision, made at the foundation, not a setting you have to switch on.
Your data never trains our AI system
What you upload is used to generate your draft. Nothing more. Your case files, your facts, your arguments — none of it is used by us to improve our AI system. When your session ends, your data stays yours.
Data stored in India
Your data is stored on servers located within India. For practitioners handling government matters, regulatory disputes, or sensitive commercial litigation, this is not a minor point. We understand why it matters.
Role-based access — matter by matter
A junior assigned to one matter cannot access another. A senior can see what they're meant to review. A partner has full visibility. You set the permissions. The system enforces them.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All data — whether being uploaded, generated, or stored — is encrypted using current industry-standard protocols.
Permanent deletion on your request
You can delete any document, any draft, or your entire account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain recoverable copies.
